How to measure

Put your heel against a wall, stand on a sheet of paper, and mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure heel to mark in centimetres and match it to the table. Measure both feet in the afternoon and use the larger one.

Fit and feel

• Between sizes? Go up half a size. Every pair here runs true to size with a slightly snug midfoot that opens up after a few wears.
• Wide feet? Go up half a size. These are a standard D width and the toe box is not adjustable.
• Thick socks? Size for the socks you will actually wear. A heavy sock is worth roughly half a size.
• Low-tops vs mid-tops. Low-tops sit closest to true size. Mid and high-tops feel snugger at the ankle for the first week, which is normal and settles.
